Graduation season is seriously my favorite time of year!

There’s just something about capturing this huge milestone that makes my heart so happy. But I know the “what do I wear?!” stress is REAL right now. I’ve been getting tons of messages from you and your mom's about it, so I wanted to share some tips that actually work!

The number one thing I always tell my girls? Wear what feels like YOU. No stiff or itchy fits just because it seems fancy. If a flowy dress in soft colors makes you want to twirl, or if your favorite jeans and a cute blouse feel more like you, bring it!

Bring A Few Options With You!

I’m happy to help style everything right there on the spot, so you don’t have to stress! We’ll do the classic cap & gown shots plus some fun personality ones that really show who you are!

Shoes

Pick shoes you can walk in, or a backup comfy pair for in between shots!

Jewelry

Add a couple of pieces of jewelry that mean something to you. Those little touches make the photos feel so much more special!

Props

I love it when you bring a few special things that show what’s next! If you’re heading off from college, a champagne bottle makes the most exciting shots! Dreaming of becoming a teacher? Bring some books or your favorite classroom supplies. Future doctor or nurse? A stethoscope or scrubs can make the most meaningful photos. Anything that feels like you and your dreams, bring whatever makes you smile! I’ve got you covered, and will help figure out the best way to use them during your session, so everything looks natural and pretty!
